• apply a base coat of jolie decorative paint in your choice of colors, textured with saltwash, and distressed as much as you’d like

• add relief pattern with iron orchid designs’ moulds and air-dry clay (there are tons of possibilities!)

• create metallic highlights with metal leaf or gilding wax

• finish the piece with a protective coat of wax

• add age & patina with tinted wax
